SWS is growing, and I'm looking for a few sharp, motivated people to grow with it. This isn't a clock-in/clock-out gig — it's a chance to help shape a studio from the ground up, take ownership of real work, and build a portfolio you're actually proud of.
No degree required. No years-of-experience checklist. If you can think, learn, and put your mind to the work, I want to hear from you.
Who I'm looking for
- Curious by default — you ask why before you ask how
- Care about craft: pixels, spacing, words, all of it
- Self-starter who can run with a brief and ship
- Honest communicator — overshare progress, flag blockers early
- Open to feedback, hungry to grow, allergic to ego
- Reliable on deadlines, even the small ones

- Web designers (Figma → real, shippable UI)
- Front-end developers (React, Tailwind, TanStack a plus)
- Graphic designers (posters, brand, social)
- Copywriters who can write like a human, not a brochure
- Anyone with a sharp eye and something to prove
